American Proud of Patriots is an independent retail business that sells patriotic-themed merchandise. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by or connected to any political party, candidate for office, campaign, campaign committee, political action committee, super PAC, elected official, government official or public figure.

This expressly includes, without limitation, Donald J. Trump, the Trump family, the Trump Organization, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (DJT), Truth Social, any Trump campaign or committee, and any entity, brand, product or person affiliated with or licensed by any of them. It also includes the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, and every other party, candidate and campaign, without exception.

Nothing on this site — no product, image, description, article or advertisement — constitutes an endorsement of any candidate, party, campaign, ballot measure or political position, nor should anything be read as an endorsement of this business by any of them. Our products reference the flag and symbols of the United States, which are in the public domain and belong to no party, candidate or movement. We sell to customers of every political view.

02Not a political committee; purchases are not contributions

We are not a political committee, PAC, nonprofit or charity, and we are not registered as any of those. We do not solicit, accept, collect, forward or make political contributions, and we do not fundraise for any candidate, party or cause.

Money you pay us is the retail purchase price of goods. It is not a political contribution, not a donation, and not tax-deductible, and no portion of it is passed to any campaign, committee, party or political organization.

03No government, military or veterans' organization affiliation

We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the United States government, the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, any branch of the armed forces, any law enforcement or fire agency, or any federal, state, county or municipal body. We are likewise not affiliated with the American Legion, VFW, Boy Scouts of America or any veterans' or civic organization mentioned on this site.

Our products are commercial merchandise. They are not official, issued, government-approved or service-authorized items, and no product should be represented as one. Any resemblance to an official insignia, seal, medal or decoration is decorative only, and our items are not intended for wear on any uniform.

04Trademarks and third-party names

All product names, brands, logos and trademarks appearing on this site that are not ours are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to them is for identification and description only and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the trademark owner, or any endorsement of that owner by us.

05Advertising platforms

We buy paid advertising on third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), and may use others. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google or any other platform, and none of them sponsors or endorses our products. Advertising on a platform is a commercial transaction, not a relationship or an approval.

Where a platform's rules classify any of our advertising as social issue, electoral or political advertising, the advertiser of record is American Proud of Patriots, a sole proprietorship, at the address and contact details published on our contact page. That classification reflects platform policy about imagery and subject matter; it does not mean we advocate for or against any candidate, party or political outcome, and per section 01 we do not.

06Product images are illustrative

Photographs on this site are illustrative stock images licensed for commercial use, chosen to show the type and general style of the product. They are not photographs of the exact item you will receive. The item you receive may differ in color, shade, marking, finish, hardware and detail. Screens and devices render color differently, and sewn and handmade goods vary between production runs. If you want a photograph of the actual item on our shelf before you buy, ask us and we will send one.

07Descriptions, measurements and materials

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Dimensions, weights and capacities are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Material descriptions reflect the information given to us by our suppliers. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.

08Pricing and typographical errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which appear on your invoice before you pay. Prices and promotions can change without notice. Despite our efforts, a listing may occasionally contain a typographical or pricing error. We reserve the right to correct the error, or to decline or cancel the affected order before it ships, and to refund any payment already taken in full. An incorrect price is not binding on us.

09Availability and stock counts

Stock counts and lead times are updated by hand and can be out of date. Listing an item is not a guarantee that it is available. If something you ordered is unavailable, we will tell you before taking payment and you will not be charged.

10Shipping and delivery estimates

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves us it is in the carrier's hands, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. See our shipping terms for how we handle lost and damaged packages.

11Flag Code, display and retirement

The United States Flag Code (4 U.S.C. §§ 1–10) sets out advisory customs for the display and care of the flag by civilians. Any guidance we publish about display, folding, storage or retirement is general information offered in good faith. It is not legal advice. We make no representation that a particular display complies with the Flag Code, any state or local ordinance, any homeowners' association rule, any lease, or any other requirement that applies to you. If it matters, check with someone qualified in your jurisdiction.

12Journal and general information

Articles in our journal are general information, not professional, legal, financial or safety advice, and they may become out of date. Use your own judgment, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for any hardware, pole or bracket you install.

13Reviews and testimonials

Where we publish a customer review or testimonial, it is unpaid, published with permission, and reflects that individual customer's experience. It is not a guarantee that you will have the same experience. We do not write, buy or incentivize reviews, and we do not remove a review simply for being unfavorable.

We work to keep this site accurate, current and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice.

16Warranty and liability

Except where our terms & conditions say otherwise, this site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent the law allows. Our liability is limited as set out in section 16 of the terms. Nothing in these disclaimers excludes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing limits liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence where that limitation is not permitted.

17Age of customers

This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We do not knowingly sell to or collect information from children.

18Phishing and payment security

We will never request a card number, CVV, gift card code, bank account detail, wire transfer, cryptocurrency payment or password by email, text message or social media. Payment is taken only through a secure checkout or an invoice link issued by our payment processor and sent from info@americanpeople.live. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for anything else, treat it as fraudulent and forward it to that address.
